I shipped 2 packages of exactly the same weight, etc., overnight to the same place for 10:30am delivery. One of my packages made it; the other, UPS "left in the building" during shipment which caused them to miss the 10:30am delivery time.
Even though they have a 3pm delivery time, they will not deliver until 10:30am the next day. The package has my passport, etc., needed for an international trip that I will miss if it does not arrive on time. UPS's customer service response, "Sorry, I don't even know how they did that.
Nothing we can do now." Gee, thanks, UPS. Great service.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
