UPS changed my delivery date at the last minute, put the items on its truck at 6am, then did not deliver them. I was forced to wait at home fo 12 hours.
Then I called and got a 2+ hour run around from them, in which they claimed that they could still meet their obligation if the packages were deliverd by midnight. I have never heard of such a claim and it was not disclosed in advance. Even when they eventually committed to a specific time for delivery, the driver didn't show.
UPS claimed that it could not contact its own drivers and had no way of locating its trucks. How do this company stay in business when it treats its customers like this?
