I am creating a class action lawsuit against UPS because of the stolen items and being ignored by customer service. Thrir excuse is that something hapened to the box to warrant repackaging. They took out all my expensive items and left the rest of no value. Someone is selling our things on some market.i had no nice clothes to wear to my sister's funeral. I deserve compensatiom and so do you. There are so many people who have had items stolen BY UPS. We need to do a class action lawsuit. I am talking with class action attorneys this week to see if we have a case. I am a former manager of a civil righrs firm. I will keep ypu update

UPS in Palm Harbor, Florida - Where is my package?

The apartment number was missing off my package, I would never have known if I didn't check I was never notified there was a problem with delivery. I called and of course you outsource your calls to a foreign country. Well the man I spoke with told me the package would be delivered today, guess what it's not here. I called again tonight and was told tomorrow so my granddaughter stayed home from work today to wait for a package that never came. So should she miss another day if work just in case this person spoke with is correct and if not how many days should she sit home and wait. Very poor customer service. Nancy Higham 385-900-0753

I spend $150.00 for overnight delivery from Orlando, Fl to Miami, Fl, easy job no? My package was sent to Philadelphia and then to Kentucky, I was waiting that papers for buy my home and now I am loosing $5000 because those paper never came on time, because if I don't show those papers in this day I am violating the contract. Who paid for the overnight service? Me, who will pay for the bad UPS service? Me. I will never use this company in my life.

That is not his job. And this is nothing to complain about. This should not be on the company for that as it was just that driver and not happened all over.

I spent 60 hrs sculpting a ship from the Matrix & the recipient posted a picture of it in pieces despite the box being covered in FRAGILE. I know the conveyor belts can’t read, but perhaps that should be looked into i.e. policy stating objects marked fragile are never put on conveyors and handled gently by people. It was super glued to the base but came unglued so it was either thrown or dropped a great distance. How can you be a world postal organization if people can’t send fragile objects???

UPS in Saint Petersburg, Florida - Worst year EVER - 2018

Over the years I have gotten used to UPS causing me headaches especially around the holidays but this year is the worst ever! Not receiving orders, orders being delivered to the wrong address even though they had the right one, and orders just disappearing. They just continue to get worse and worse. If I had my way they would never touch a package of mine again. And side note, Amazon really needs to ditch them!

UPS in Pensacola, Florida - Package arrived with item stolen from inside

Tried to contact UPS several times. Phone agents, when finally obtained, siad it wasn't their dept and offered ZERO assistance beyond call back later or use Website. Tried to use website to submit claim. It continually times out as unresponsive, forcing you to cancel and resubmit. Major irritation is that you have RE-ENTER all data! Even though you provide tracking number and all that info is ON THE PACKAGE and IN THEIR SYSTEM!
