Received TWO emails about a delivery date of 5/9/13 at the latest. Called to change it to be left at the facility so I could pick it up cause it was an expensive package to leave by my door.

One person told me to pick it up on the 9th. The next person told me I had to wait till the 12-13th and then the manager told me that it wouldn't be there till the 10-11. He then proceeded to tell me that it was Amazons fault and that there was nothing he could do to help me. That I did not understand and needed to listen to him!
