The UPS at janes and steeles in toronto is the worst anyone can experience in terms of customer Service. They were to pickup a package, the driver never showed up but still the status displayed PICKED UP.
Upon calling, they give you satisfactory answers but no one bothers to care. Useless!! I had to call three times to speak to agents, who can only put up a request or notification at dispatch center.
Then from there, it is driver's call whether or not to pick up the package. He can just postpone the day of pickup if he has to go somewhere on his personal errands.
