The UPS at janes and steeles in toronto is the worst anyone can experience in terms of customer Service.They were to pickup a package, the driver never showed up but still the status displayed PICKED UP.
Upon calling, they give you satisfactory answers but no one bothers to care. Useless!! I had to call three times to speak to agents, who can only put up a request or notification at dispatch center.
Then from there, it is driver's call whether or not to pick up the package.He can just postpone the day of pickup if he has to go somewhere on his personal errands.
This person wrote the review because of not as described at Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ups to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was ability to actually deliver, time that delivery takes, lazy and apathetic drivers and inabilty to perform primary task. Author liked the most phone customer service. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
