On 19 Nov 14, a UPS package was delivered to my home by mistake. Despite four phone calls to UPS requesting the package be picked up and delivered to the correct address in another part of the county, 24 hours later it still remains at my door step.
Shame on UPS for their indifferent customer care and shame on UPS for allowing this package to remain in an unprotected status for such a long time (it was too heavy for me to take it into my home). Hope they pick it up today, since it's suppose to rain and a large package sitting on a door-step for a long period of time is an inviting target for theft .
