UPS sent my package back. I was under the impression that it would be held so I could pick it up in the next 3 days.
I guess things have changed. They sent the package back immediately. Called customer service and talked to a extremely patronizing customer service rep. I work in customer service and even though this may have been my fault, I didn't need to be spoken to in the patronizing tone.
They oblviously don't care if I ever ship with them. And unfortunately, I will have to stop buying from certain retailers since I will not be using UPS shipping.
Others have told me that the UPS drivers were not as pleasant as they used to be. I didn't really believe this before, but now I think that all of this is true.
