I was waiting for an urgent package containing car keys which my husband took by mistake and he works in another state. It was an express package supposed to be delivered by 10.30am.

I waited till 10.40 and was tracking it online and it still said out for delivery. When I called them they said it is delivered to another address and that address was my community office address. we paid 33$ for that package and that lazy ups driver didn't come to deliver it to my door and instead chose and easy way to deliver it to the community office. I got late for an important meeting and had to answer my manager.

And they called and simply said that he wont repeat it again. Really? That is how you treat customers ups.

Atleast you should have given me some compensation. Big shame.
