When speaking to a UPS customer service rep in the Philippines, and expressing my concerns for the problems this will cause my company and the client, the rep has the Audacity to reply " I don't care". The rep " charlie" could not even state when the delivery may happen as the shipping label is illegible.
Well your tracking system has the correct address on it, as did his information on the tracking number. Well UPS, or OOPS as you will now be referred too, you have succeeded in our firms new company policy of never shipping or receiving any deliveries from you.
