Not resolved

Placed an order last saturday, says it would arrive by latest today, its now 4pm and Ive just received an e-mail saying it wont be arriving today. Tried to track order and maybe find an alternative solution, you have to create a UPS account, which can not be used til verified in by post, I leave the country monday night and if parcel dont arrive by then it will be of no use to me and I will be left with no choice but to replace what I ordered which will cost me £.
