RE shipment sent to Mexico for earthquake relief on the 26th of September 2017, I would like to say that the employee I dealth was very polite, helpful and patient.Ronny (that's his name) helped with the packing of the goods and explained nicely that all items had to be checked.
In addition, he kindly waited after the deadline as I didn't have all the information required at first. The day before, I dealt with another employee who was also kind and helpful. As the quote on line didn't match the one he was giving me, he explained that it had to do with the dimensions of the package.
