Very upset- we shipped 5 boxes from Canada to Seattle packed with dishes via UPS. UPS would not let us insure them.
We took lots of care packing them with hard foam and bubblewrap. The clerk said not to bother marking Fragile as it really didn't matter but we did anyway. The consignee received & reported all dishes in three boxes broken. These were all the serving dishes which were the most expensive.
She said it looked as if they had been dropped from a second floor.
As we couldnt insure them we can't even make a claim. Will never use UPS again either for business or personal shipping.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $800.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Delivery.
