Package was being shipped across country. It arrived at the Memphis hub and was scanned in 2/20/2013.
On 2/21/2013 after the sorters night shift the items were missing and the box disposed of. Did the person filing the report dispose of the box? How many were on duty and did they bother to talk to any of them? After talking to no less than 6 "customer service" reps they can not find any(not 1) of the parts or the box.
They would not let me send a photo of the part to helpthe hub manager find the parts. I'm out $7000 and they are covering. Google UPS theft to understand how big the theft problem really is.
We paid apx $47,000 in UPS shipping charges last year. Looks like Fed Ex will get our business this year.
Monetary Loss: $7000.
