I received a package from ups at my office this morning. From the marks on the package, it looks like they dragged it down the block and back or it got caught in a belt.
The package was torn and ripped. The bubble package inside was also ripped. The CD case inside was smashed and in pieces. Luckily, the CD was ok.
When they delivered it to the receptionist, they didn't say they were sorry, ask if it was okay, asked if we wanted to file a claim or anything.
Just drop and run without a word. Nice way to do business UPS!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Way the package was damaged.
