See title.There were several people at the property over 21 for delivery and the driver did not make a good attempt to find someone.

I have had many such problems with UPS on corporate deliveries. Their forms are confusing and they do not follow them. I even signed the form to say leave at the door and I will assume risk of theft, but they would not. The form apply they left apparently does not apply for signature required, although why have the signature blank at all if not for this purpose?

The customer service department is a joke, no one can commit to chasing the issue and resolving it, I was redirected three times, and am now waiting for a call. They also are threatening by e-mail to ship my package back to sender. I've already paid for it! It's my property.

It's worth paying a little extra for FedEx.They normally get it right and are easy in resolving issues.
