I would like to make a complaint. Over a period of 2 days a driver has said he has come to my property twice to collect a parcel . He did not. I had to rearrange on both occasions.
I have waited in over 2 days for the parcel to be collected.
The driver did not leave any notification slip.
The driver didi not come to the property. My parcel will now be over 72 hours delayed because of the drivers actions.
The office rang me to consult and get the parcel collected on the same it was meant to be collected only to be told all drivers were on their way back to the depot and would not collect the item.
No manager was present in the office to discuss the problem. the phone operative was very apologetic however could not resolve the issue.
