Dec 20-driver left card stating service area inaccessible. Product was pastry for Christmas.

I called the 800 number and said UPS delivers here often, without a problem. The Richmond, Ca. location was to call me back. I called again Dec 21 and they said they would deliver by 11:30AM.

They did not. On Dec. 27, the last day they could deliver before returning pastry to sender, it was delivered at 7:13PM which is after dark. We were gone, and the pastry sat on our porch for 2 days in pouring rain.

UPS is required to try for 3 consecutive days. I Made a complaint & was told Richmond, CA office would call- they did not.
