Despite instructions to deliver to a "side entrance" driver ignored instructions. Driver stated delivered to "front" yet no package in business up front!

No way to contact driver by UPS so there is nothing for me to do except wait till tomorrow and hope that the "gift" turns up. This is not the first delivery to the front of the building despite using "SIDE" to ensure correct delivery.

The scanning device that the driver uses also shows delivery instructions to help get the item where it is supposed to go. A claim can be filed now but it will be 7 to 10 days to complete the search.
