I complained to the seller at Amazon and UPS called. I explained to them TWICE about not receiving my order.

They believe their driver. I purchased a large order from AMAZON, WALMART and was also expecting a large shipment of medical supplies. With me spending so much money on AMAZON, I track very ORDER 2-3 times a day on UPS Tracking. The driver listed the case of Bega cheese that I ordered as DRIVER RELEASE on the same day he delivered my orders.

He delivered the case of cheese I ordered from WALMART. It was scheduled to be delivered on JULY 11 and was along with the medical supplies and the other items from AMAZON. HOWEVER, the $134 case of canned Bega cheese was NOT delivered to Wilmington on JULY 11 until AFTER PM and was still scheduled to be delivered JULY 12, 2018. THERE is NO WAY, he delivered that case of cheese on JULY 11 between 3-4 PM when it did NOT arrive in Wilmington until AFTER 8 PM that day.

ALL other items he delivered from AMAZON, on JULY 11, 2018 were noted as "Left at front door". ONLT The $134 case of canned Bega Cheese was marked "DRIVER RELEASE". I have spoken with UPS again on the phone and via email TWICE. They do NOT give a flip about what their own tracking entries in the log they care only what their driver entered.

Because of this I will never shop on AMAZON again, nor will my large extended family. They will lose THOUSANDS of dollars in revenue, I know that is nothing to them. UPS is now ignoring my claim and they have RIPPED me off!

I got NOTHING for my $134. So, SAFECASTLE an AMAZON SELLER got their money, UPS got my cheese and I got the shaft!

I have ordered many many times from Amazon. I ordered a case of Bega cheese $134 a case from Walmart on 1 day and Amazon the next.

The Walmart order was delivered Wednesday, 07.11.2018. An email from AMAZON said my bega cheese would arrive on Thursday, 07.12.2018 . Well when it did not arrive I tracked it using UPS tracking. It said it was delivered on 07.11.2018 & the UPS Driver listed it as Driver Release on 07.12.2018 and claimed it was delivered on 07.11.2018.

I had ordered a few orders from Amazon, Walmart and Medical Supplies. I received only ONE CASE Of BEGA and the box read WALMART. The driver must think I am stupid not to know the difference from Walmart and an Amazon box. I called the number Amazon provided and the woman finally admitted she was from UPS!!!

She was not helpful at all and told me they have a sole contract with amazon. Guess this means I will not be getting the $134 case of Bega I PAID FOR, from Amazon. Did the driver just take it home?

In NONE of the orders I have placed with Amazon for THE LAST 13 YEARS, have I ever had a package go missing and the words "DRIVER RELEASE" order delivered show up on my Amazon account. UPS SUCKS!!!

UPS Pros: Respectful but useless customer service staff.

UPS Cons: Refund policy on their incompetance, Failure to perform, Unrelaible tracking website.
