I have a package coming from the pet crematorium that requires signature. Someone is always home before 10:30 am and after 4:30 pm.

driver refuses to deliver within that time frame and also refuses to leave the package with the signed authorization.

This is the same driver who leaves $4k package carelessly on the floor to the building entrance, not even at apartment door.

The customer service rep Zima can not help by making a note on the account asking to come to deliver after 4:30pm, and the supervisor Karen was rude and also said she can not do anything to help this. there is no alternative as i can not make it to some UPS holding facility
