I took a day off today to receive my package and none showed up. I checked my Tracking and saw that "I wasn't available to sign it".
This company needs to be shutdown. I paid for a 2 day shipping and it went down the drain.
Customer service told me to log in to my UPS my choice and schedule a drop off to an access point so I can pick it up today but the date approximate delivery will be longer. This company can't be trusted anymore and they need to close, this is my 4th issue that no one shows up to hand me my package.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at UPS. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants UPS to issue a full refund.
