The Driver put in the system that we had moved and package sat in limbo for 3 days. This was a critical piece of collateral needed for a trade show and caused a lot of stress.

Talked with 4 different people over a 2 day period and got a different story every time. Someone decided to send the package to LA even though the address was clearly correct and in San Luis Obispo!! Their phone support was the worst!

Now I know why I will use FedEx whenever it is my option to do so. Pay attention UPS - this is what ruins your company's reputation.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
