The package was sent back because the customer on the receiving end didn't understand the intentions of the USP delivery driver and did not speak a good English. After a call to the main office,Main office requested $35 Money Order on top of all the charges they have got paid for the delivery of a small package.

It has been a week now and the package still at the Warehouse, and never has been delivered.We called and explained many many times all the issues and that we want our package. The UPS Office just been saying that hey do not give any information for what ever reason to whoever calls and that they do not care what so ever.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
