I waited all day for a delivery which required a signature. The UPS driver rang my doorbell and in the time which it took for me to cross my 600 square foot apartment, he disappeared.
I was told that he made a second attempt to deliver but I was here all day waiting. When I called your customer service line I spoke to a supervisor who was arrogant and unhelpful. Not even an apology. What is that all about?
I worked retail customer service (Nordstrom, Talbots, and Janie and Jack) for years and if I treated a customer that way I would have been reprimanded or fired.
Time for a little sensitivity training. No company is so big that some re-evaluation can be in order.
