Received an automated call to allow me to prepay import duty (from US into Canada). I pay online using my iPhone with no ability to print confirm #. Web site refreshes after a few min and I lose ability to record confirm #.
Next day I cannot print payment confirm on UPS site without confirm #.
Driver does not see payment so charges me a second time (no choice if I want him to deliver) Driver has no way of confirming payment.
UPS CS tells me to call back in 10 business days before they can look into it (that's how long payments take to clear in their system!)
TL:DR DO NOT pay import duties online, wait for the delivery and pay then.
