UPS have the worst service in the world. They should be liquidated!

They dont deliver on the day they should. No update and when you speak to 'customer services' they do the standard response! I have spoken to 4 different people who clearly do not know what to do. They keep making empty promises!

They promise to call back only to fail on that. I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. At the end of the day I get an exception notice saying, thanks for waiting, but your parcel will not arrive, there has been a delay!

Utter rubbish! I want my parcel is that too much to ask?????
