I ordered online something to wear for New Years eve. I ordered on 12/29/15.
I paid over $20 for 2 day shipping. UPS tracking showed all okay until this morning, now delivery is set for Monday 1/4/16! I contacted customer service and was told someone would get back to me in one business day, which will be Monday the 4th. I could have done the standard FREE shipping (USPS) and got it in 3-5 days!
I hate wasting $20.
If I can avoid UPS in the future I will, I will be sending the item back as it does me no good until next New Years at this point. Guess I'll go shopping now and see if I can find it in a store.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups 2nd day air. UPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
