After receiving the expected delivery day email from UPS, I paid to have my delivery date changed, only to find out that my request was not honoured. And to add to my frustration, I'm then advised that I will need to collect my parcel if I want it sooner rather than later.
PLUS I'll need to call back to claim back the payment!
This seems all one sided, UPS takes money and fails to deliver and then it's the customer who has to collect and call back causing more time and money to be lost - for the customer! Complete fail - bad UPS!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $20.
