Twice I have waited all friday day for UPS email notified deliveries only to have them not show up.The ups web tracking placed the highly insured package on the truck and out for delivery at 5:30 am friday morning.
After waiting upstairs all day I then receive an email at 8pm stating that "they were sorry they missed us" and the package would be delivered on Monday ,three days later.It seems that if you do not pay to join the "My Choice" club you can expect poor unreliable service.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about ups delivery service from Ups was no accountability Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
