I received a 'You weren't in' notice for a parcel - Looked up the infonotice online only to find that it related to a completely different parcel which wasn't mine.
Called customer services and pottered around their IVR with no answered. Mashed the keys to get to talk to a person and was told I didn't have a parcel due and that the tracking code the vendor gave me 'must have been wrong'. All in all I wasted half an hour and got no closer to an answer. UPS will try to deliver again tomorrow (and fail) because I can't call them and ask them to redeliver to an alternative address. Absolutely shocking.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor customer service and delivery and that they lost the package in less than 12hrs. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $230. Ups needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
