I purchased bees from a apiary and paid for next day air shipping. I followed the package over their own web site so I could be there for pick up.

They tracked it all the way to the air port where I live then they lost it. I contacted them that night and was told by them that it was lost. I received it the next day with very hot and distressed bees. I informed them about their incompetence and requested a partial refund.

I was told that due to them not receiving it before 1pm from the shipper that was why it arrived the next day. They could not explain why the tracking times showed the arrival times and delivery times and that their office itself said that they lost and could not find it.

It was not their fault but the shipping company. I will use USPS or Fedx from now on.

Monetary Loss: $100.
