I recently shipped with UPS only to have Package Damaged . Now even with insurance they will not pay for the damaged goods.

how ever I received this same package from FEDEX undamaged then shipped it with UPS and this is I am told to be my fault the package was not able to support weight , while still being in the original manufacturers box with all package contents. I think they should be held responsible and refund me the cost to replace the damaged goods.

and if any ships out packages with UPS be very careful this could happen to you this Holiday Season. when you ship with UPS
