It is extra $ for UPS. They would not honor your insurance, unless you can prove that you followed UPS packaging instruction.
That is really really really difficult to do.
Even if you used UPS authorized shipping center, it did not mean that your package would not be lost or destroyed by the driver.
I did not claim money for the damage and lost products. It is more about moral, trust and decency UPS should show. My package was damaged, contents was lost, and the box was discarded. How did they even judge it was my problem and not their driver?
Monetary Loss: $600.
