UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - ABISMAL

I shipped an $890 car part via UPS at a $216 shipping cost. The part was damaged in transit. It had all kinds of chips and cracks in t; looked almost as if someone was throwing it around. I filed a claim with UPS as soon as I found out. They initially rejected the claim without even asking many questions. I immediately filed an appeal. They approved the appeal, but for only for $100. I lost $1,006 shipping with UPS. I'm going to seize every opportunity I have to expose them. Every review site, blog, social media site; every opportunity possible. I did not even think it was possible to get ripped off this badly in modern America.

UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - Package never reached destination

Package was given to UPS marquette and was sent without checking where it was going just put in the person's address that brought the package. I and my son called Marquette store and gave them my credit number but never asked by the people about the address or how it would arrive or anything they just took the credit card number and charged 860 dollars. It was an international package. Package was given to Marquette on12 th of December told it would arrive in 5 days it came in around the January 2nd. UPS people in Istanbul due not being able to read english couldn't understand what was going on. Miss. Brenda from Marquette had sent an email about claiming it but Istanbul UPS said they can't do anything. The reasons were customs and such. But since we were not told about the problems of receiving a package from US we were told to pay 500 more dollars to get it back to US. Mr. Eyup from UPS Istanbul told me he would get back to me in two weeks about whether or not UPS would be able to help me with the return fee since it was imcompetency of UPS in Marquette that caused the problem but today is the 21 st never called back.

UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - LIEING DRIVER

So I'm sitting here waiting for the UPS DRIVER to deliver my package. On the tracking it says it's out for delivery today. I just so happen to look at ,y iPad and it now says unable to deliver because customer is unavailable. I'm practically sitting at my front door and he never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. So I call customer service not even two minutes after he said he was here and that dumb *** man trying to patronize me. There has to be another way of getting my shut delivered besides thee lazy *** ppl that don't want to do their *** job... They are the worst

UPS screwed up my delivery and would do nothing about it.

My order ended up in Minnesota when I live in the northeast. I called UPS and "unfortunately" there is nothing they can do about it. SOOOO....they (UPS) WILL PAY BIG TIME because I will make sure all my resources will use FEDEX instead. I was nice at first on the call, then I became nasty because it was their fault and this multi-million dollar company WOULD DO NOTHING TO HELP ME OUT! It was their error,and nothing to help the customer. This issue will hurt UPS more than it will help them. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HURT THIS COMPANY.

UPS said the package was "out for delivery'. I called prior to UPS closing and they said I would get my package that day. A couple of hours later, the package was no longer "out of delivery", but in "transit." I needed the items that day to pick a flight in the morning and take the items. No one could help. I will NEVER again use UPS. The service is poor, the staff is incapable of offering solutions, and they made me lost time and money. I cancelled Amazon Prime (where I ordered the items) altogether. Will use other services.

UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - Outrageous Customs brokerage Fees

I had forgotten a laptop while visiting a friend in Canada and had it shipped by my friend from Canada to the US. Was told it would cost about $40, including purchased insurance. What they didnt disclose was that upon delivery, the receiver (i.e., me) would have to pay additional money for what is called customs brokerage fees. My used 3-yr old laptop is probably not worth more than $75, but I had to pay $56 to the UPS delivery guy. Beware of UPS! I have had parcels from Hong Kong received here in the US without and fees required to be paid. UPS is a rip-off!

UPS falsified delivery

I too spent the day awaiting a UPS delivery and kept checking the tracking information throughout the day. I did not leave my house. I did not even leave the front room. I continuously looked out the window and checked my porch. UPS never came. However, when I again checked the tracking information at 8:01pm--just after the stated delivery hours had closed--I saw that the driver or someone at UPS had logged in a false statement of attempted delivery less than half an hour before, at 7:35pm. I WAS SITTING ON MY COUCH ANXIOUSLY AWAITING DELIVERY AT 7:35PM. I am outraged that UPS has simply lied about this delivery attempt, wasting my time and defrauding the company from which I ordered my goods of its fee for guaranteed delivery within two days.

Two times for me. Both times UPS conjured a report about successful delivery when in fact I did not receive my package.

First time I got lucky because I paid with Paypal and they have insurance, second time UPS claimed that someone received it and paid brokerage fees with check. I don't even own a check book:) They marked delivery date just half an hour apart from shipping date (from US to Canada :D). Amazingly, I am still disputing it although it is so obvious that somebody is just messing with the system. I am loosing super expensive phone and that somebody is going to post it for sale on Craigslist or kijiji if not yet.

Sure he/she will try to manage to sell it more than once too.

Happened to me once before: they make you pay with promise to ship hen never ship, then repeat as many times as they can.

UPS is on the forefront of breeding and feeding all kinds of scam!
