We got in contact with some of the corporate managers which were very helpful and sympathetic to our case. They cleared everything up, got our packages delivered quickly, and compensated us for the time and frustration we went through trying to getbthis matter resolved.

Shipping Date: 10/30/17 ETA:11/2/17 Driver:Regues CaseID:3782431 Items:6Boxes 40lbs each. We initiated a shipment through UPS Grounds via telephone because we received no confirmation of pickup when we tried online.

Both Grounds & Freight showed up to pick up packages. The drivers decided amongst themselves that it would be best if the packages go through freight because the packages collectively weighed over 70lbs. Prior to pickup we informed the representative that the boxes had clothing toys, and other household items in them. The driver assured my husband that they do take household goods and that he would just put them under Misc.

items because it would be cheaper. The driver took our packeages back to the warehouse to prepare them for freight. Before the packages arrived we received a call from UPS customer service that our bill seemed outstandingly high ($4900 when it was only supposed to cost $433.26). We received a reference number to correct this matter and the shipment was escalated for investigation.

We were told to wait 7-10 business days for the matter to be resolved on 11/2/17 and we would receive a follow up call the following day. The call was never received so we called back. Eventually after calling the company for several days we were told that the request for a corrected price was never put in and that we would have to wait and additional two weeks to hear back from someone. All of this was due to an error made by the driver who was not suppose to take our packages and the representative that fail to send us the quote confirmation.

As a first time shipper with this company, UPS has been dishonest in their business practices from start to finish. From saying that their are no supervisors available/direct contact to managers to saying that their managers are out on vacation ( which are the only ones that are capable of resolving issues or have the power to get things done apparently). I requested a copy of emails sent for my package as well as the notes on my account and none of the names match who the respresentatives claimed they where ( all but two people).All the other representative just want to get rid of you as soon as possible and keep you from speaking to managers. Three managers have told us they would call back or email us and we never hear back.All this time our packages are being held hostage until we pay $4900 and no one will tell us where the charges came from and will not provide us with a copy of the Bill of Lading.

It has been confirmed multiple times on multiple occasions that the billing os incorrect yet UPS refuses to change it.

We were informed that our packages were "investigated", in other words someone has gone through our stuff and we do not know if items were stolen by the representatives that work at the facility or not. Product_Or_Service: shipping/delivery Order_Number: 283188043
