On 5/2, I was projected to have my package delivered by 3:00PM. As of 9:10PM, I still did not receive my package.

I called every hour, from 4:30PM until 6:30PM requesting the status of my package. At 6:45PM, I called again and was promptly told that packages are not guaranteed delivery to a residence. I was also told that the driver was on my street making deliveries. I asked if the driver knew to come to my door (i live in an apt.

without a front desk/concierge), she said if that was the case, I should stand outside and wait. Reluctantly, I stood outside of my apartment building for 2 hours waiting for a UPS delivery driver that never showed up. When I go back into my home after 9:00PM (giving up), I see an email at 7:53PM advising that an "attempt" was made to deliver the package.

NO "attempt" was made and I was standing right out front! I am extremely disappointed and will not be using UPS in the future.
