Two packages left on a rainy day without ringing the bell or knocking on the door. Contacted company and they can't even get the message straight.
When they called back they thought it was lost packages. It's like nobody at UPS gives a darn about customer service starting from the CEO and all the way down to the lazy delivery people who are too lazy to even ring the doorbell. Thousands of on-line complaints on more web sites than you can count and they still don't give a darn. Why?
Because nobody has the power to hold them accountable. Only Congress could do that and the lobbies make sure that doesn't happen. I bet if my name was Donald Trump the doorbell would get rung.
I'm to the point where I cringe when I see the delivery method is UPS, but to be fair, the Postal Service and FedEx are no better. It's just so frustrating I want to SCREAM.
