Absolute worst service ever.I waited fro my package, on last attempt.

I sat by my door, heard no knock whatsoever. By 9pm, realizing my package hadn't arrived, I called UPS. The first customer service agent, Sydney, told me it was in route back to the sender and it was my fault for choosing this company, when asking for a manager she hung up on me. The second agent I talked to told me a manager would call me tomorrow.

The manager herself said there was nothing she could do, that the UPS man did knock (insinuating that I was a liar)and that I would have to repay for the package to go out.We will be using Fed Ex from now on.

Review about: Ups Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
