They apparently made one attempt to deliver a package when nobody was home to sign for it, and rather than contacting me or giving me a chance to pick it up they immediately returned to sender on the other side of the country.I called approx.

5 hours after their attempted delivery time, while the package was listed as being one city away, but they said they couldn't change course. I will now be charged double shipping costs, and not have the items I ordered.

And when I spoke with UPS they pretty much said there was nothing they could do.Worthless...absolutely worthless!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
