I've send my new 55 inch TV from Germany to England. I sent it in the original packaging from Samsung. When it arrived the Screen was broken and not working anymore.
When they picked it up for inspection a week later, they send it back to the address in Germany, even though I told them to send it back to mine.
When I called customer service they were absolutely rude and tried to play the old school telephone ping pong game.
In the end they said that they won't be paying for the damage because the TV was not wrapped up sufficiently.
As a result I'm going to take them to court now.
Absolutely disgusting company!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. 2a5b1b73 stated that there is a room for improvement of dealing with ups its disgusting. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of ups shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. UPS needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
