I shipped my desktop PC from Italy - Office MBE of LEGNANO- using UPS because I thought it was safer, since my desktop PC is quite costly (I had an intel i7 2600, graphic card GTX 560 ti). Well, the package arrived, the graphic card (one of the most expensive parts of my PC) does not work anymore.
I wrote a complaint to UPS the next day, they said they would send the notification to the sender. UPS sent a courier to pick up the empty package to check it,they said. After 2 weeks with no communications, I write them back and they reply "they sent a notification", nothing more. Now, 2 months later, no contact, no news, only my broken PC for which I paid 150€ of expedition.
The Pack was done by THE SHOP, and on the box there were clear traces of it being thrown. WHERE IS UPS?
THAT IS *** NO MORE GUYS, NO MORE!
Monetary Loss: $300.
