tracking showed the package as being delivered at the front door. The package wasnt there when i called i was told that there tracking shows it was delivered at the correct location.

I asked for the gps location it was left at and she wasnt able to give me that and told me to contact amazon about the issue.. Amazon didnt lose the book. First off this was an apartment complex Their is no front door or rear porch.The rep was of little help when i asked to talk with a supervisor i was put on perpetual hold or over 25 minutes.

this is a *** poor way to run a business. I will never use ups again for anything
