I found today a UPS info notice saying that my parcels are in my garage.

I phoned to UPS to complain because the driver decided to open my garage to leave the parcels there (Intrusion). So I discovered that he actually left my parcel to a neighbour and that has been the neighbour to decide to open my garage; the driver agreed because he wrote the UPS infonotice.

I complained that this is madness and they replied that this is standard policy!!!

So if you are not at home they leave your stuff with somebody they do not know. When I asked to have the name of the driver and of the neighbour, I have been told that they cannot release these information.

Had an Experience with Ups?
