UPS - Delivery sucks!
After receiving two emails from UPS about my scheduled delivery, on that day after waiting all day it was changed to three days later. In speaking with customer service Iโm given their pet answer that makes no sense.
My package is here in town they do deliver tomorrow however mine has been changed to three days later. This is frustrating and happens way too often. No matter who you talk to nothing ever gets done. They just deliver when itโs convenient for them.
Usually very late at night!
Something needs to be done to give them more competition. Guess itโs time to go to FedEx.

You're lucky they didn't chuck your (by now damaged) parcel into a snow bank or mud puddle - that's UPS. Those trucks are brown for a reason.
