Returned Package scheduled by Amazon to be picked up. Driver was not courteous enough to really make sure we knew he was at the door (doors were open and car was here).
We did not hear him (we are 77 and handicapped and hard of hearing) at the door. We found the return label in the door. When I called customer service, I was told I would owe a "handling fee" to schedule them to come back.
This is not the first problem we have had with UPS Ground and they have never been helpful in solving the problem.
They need to hire drivers WHO CARE!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $17.
Preferred solution: Hire people who care and don't pile so much work on them that the person ends up being so rude.
I didn't like: Timing wth delivery.
