I was expecting my package with my new phone. Its been a week before T-mobile sent my phone out.
When they finally sent it, it was shipped through UPS next day delivery. The day my package was suppose to come 10/28/14 the delivery person marked it as attempt delivery (as if they knock on my door) meanwhile somebody was home all day.
They claim they tried again today 10/29/14 @ 2:26pm but I didn't hear a knock nor did they leave a notice on the door. When I called the rude a** agent told me to pick it up.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $550.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
