UPS Singapore are the worse courier company to deal with. I will make sure I never used this company again.

Their customer services are even worse to deal with. I spoke to this lady name Anh Pham who was suppose to be the supervisor. I found her to be very aggressive and not wanting to resolve the issue. She basically blamed the issue on me and if I wanted to see my package I had no option to receive it the Monday morning (3rd July).

Unfortunately it didn't arrive after waiting till 1pm. So I rang the hotline again and the customer service person advised me to ring another hotline number. After ringing the second number I spoke to another lady and she advised me the delivery is scheduled for today but will be at 2pm.

I have waited to 2pm and it has not been delivered. My only option is to ring back the customer hotline to find out the delivery which is very frustrating.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Standard Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: i want my package.

I didn't like: Delivering, In ability to communicate effectively, No accountability, Service, Dealing with issues.
