I ordered a package that I needed to get in three days and paid $30 to get it. It did not come.

I Called the shipper because I paid them. I called Shipper he said he paid UPS and would not refund me. After going back and forth from the shipper to UPS and they kept my money but had no recourse. Will not use neither one of these again.The shipper or UPS.

Even tho they admitted it did not come when it was supposed to come.The company was Rivco Products.

I was surprised they would not go ahead and refund the money. UPS is almost impossible to talk to a person.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
