I ordered a proflowers delivery for my girlfirend of Valentine's Day. UPS was the chosen delivery service. After waiting for the delivery until around 6, I finally decided to check online and see what the status was, where to my surprise I saw that the delivery had been 'confirmed' at 5:16.

The surprising part to this was that the flowers were left on the porch with utterly no attempt made to tell that to the individuals inside the house. The front door was open (The storm door outside that remained closed) and myself and girlfriend were in the front room watching television, some 20 feet from the front door. No knock, door bell ring, or any other attempt was made to communicate that a delivery had been made, as we were unaware for 45 minutes that anyone had been outside.

In short, they're a delivery service, knock on the *** door!

Monetary Loss: $10.

UPS is really bad. Your experience with them is not unique. One would this they pay their people $.25 an hour considering this *** poor service.
