I had an important package sent scheduled to be delivered on Friday.I took off work and waited for hours.

No delivery. They came later and left a notice. I called and asked to pick it up at the hub and was told I could not because of shipper restrictions. They rescheduled for today.

Tracking showed it was to be delivered by noon. I called and they told me it would be delivered tomorrow due to "heavy volume." I will have taken off almost three days of work. I have had not so good experiences with them in the past but this delivery is a critical one and time sensitive.

I hope never to do business with them again.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Well next time you might want to send packages to your business address so you won't have to leave work. Just my two cents
